Making Changes!

I have decided to go gluten free for a while. I decided this, this morning. Yesterday I had the WORST migraine headache I can remember having. When I woke up this morning from a horrible nights "sleep" (more like nap) and still had a headache. I thought to myself.. why?... why?... why? am I still in pain?... I have two small babies who are depending on me and there is no room for a mommy with no energy who can not sleep and is constantly getting sick... So with all my given' knowledge of food. I have decided it would be smart to go gluten free for a while and see if I can't be a "Patty" =) For those of you who don't know.. Patty is my mother in law. She is full of energy, never gets sick, has never had a migraine headache, sleeps good EVERY NIGHT, and is constantly on the go!! I don't know another person on this earth who is as blessed as she to have such good health!! I want patty health and energy! ... So IF its gluten I'm willing to try!
PS. I'm in the middle of painting my room.. its coming along.. and I will post pic's when its done =)

YAYAYAYA... PICTURES .. :) These pic's are about a month old .. I guess? Patty and Papa's church had a outreach at the park.. so went on down to let lacie play.. she had a lot of fun!! Aunt Theresa~ finally you get to see a pic of lacie in the outfit you got her!! Geezz... it's been like 3 months... Oh well...mmm :)
